General Animal Health Information

  1. Animal Health Care  A family-friendly site operated by the Canadian Veterinary Medical Association, AnimalHealthCare.ca offers up-to-date information about animal health, from cats and dogs to fish and cows.
  2. Canadian Animal Blood Bank  The Canadian Animal Blood Bank (CABB) is a non-profit organization founded in part by the MVMA and based out of Manitoba's Red River College. The CABB is dedicated to improving veterinary care by accumulating and distributing animal blood products, educating veterinarians and animal health technologists about transfusion medicine and increasing public awareness about the need for animal blood donors.
