Welcome to the MVMA Veterinarian July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024 Veterinarian Membership Renewal!

Please note that fees will be collected for July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024 as the MVMA has moved to a July 1-June 30 practice year. 

This change has been made to:

·Reduce staffing costs for annual renewals

·Reduce technology fees

·Simplify the process for members that renew veterinary corporation permits

Please note that you will be using a new online system to complete your renewal. As such, we strongly suggest that you renew early to ensure that you avoid incurring a late fee.

RENEWAL PROCESS

Please note that the renewal process consists of 3 Steps:

Step 1) Confirm your account with the new data management system.

As previously mentioned, the MVMA has been transitioning to a new provider for our data management system.  This transition will occur in stages as new sections are developed and become available for your use.

The new link to your member portal will be emailed to you directly. If you have not received your email, please check your “junk” folder. If you are experiencing difficulties, please contact the MVMA office.

Step 2)  Complete the online renewal form located on the new online system:

Please log into your account with your email address and your newly created password from the step above. Complete the online Renewal. Please note that this consists of completing following three tabs:

1. Profile
2. Association Questions
3. Renewal

Step 3) Pay the renewal fee.

Your invoice will be displayed and available for download once you have completed the online renewal form. Upon receipt and processing of your payment, your receipt will be available on your online member portal. This will be available for view and download at anytime during the year.

You may pay your renewal fee by:

• Online Payment

Online payment can be made in the last step of your online renewal. Once the payment has been confirmed, you will have instant access to your receipt.

• Physical Check

To pay by physical cheque please:

Late Fees

Failure to submit fees by May 31st shall result in a late renewal fee of $90.00 (plus GST) levied against the member in addition to the outstanding fees. Fees paid after June 30th of this year will be charged both the late renewal fee $90.00 (plus GST) and a reinstatement fee of $110.00 (plus GST) totalling $200.00 (plus GST).  A lapse of membership for non-payment of fees will result in ineligibility for registration and consequent loss of license to practice.

Please note that the online renewal form and payment are due by May 31, 2023.
