This webinar will bring together experts from academia, government, and industry to explore bee biology, modern beekeeping practices, biosecurity measures, and diagnostic services available in Manitoba.
This session is open to veterinarians and veterinary technologists, and it provides 3 continuing education credit hours. Veterinary students may attend free of charge.

Biology and Lifecycle of Honey Bees

An overview of honey bee biology and colony development. This presentation will help participants understand how healthy bees grow and behave, and how disease can disrupt the lifecycle of a colony.
Beekeeping as a Hobby or a Profession
