MVMA Members Inspire Future Veterinary Professionals at Amazing Ag Adventure

A huge thank you to the MVMA members who volunteered at Agriculture in the Classroom Manitoba’s Amazing Ag Adventure this September!

Drs. Leo Kenny, Keri Hudson-Reykdal, Melissa Desrochers and Marg Seward, along with RVT Jordan Kondratiew, helped introduce 1,000 students from 41 classrooms to the world of animal health and veterinary medicine over four exciting days.

For many students, this event provides a unique opportunity to learn about animals, explore the important role veterinary professionals play in animal and human health, and discover potential careers in veterinary medicine.

These hands-on experiences can leave a lasting impression, sparking curiosity and inspiring the next generation of veterinary professionals in Manitoba.

Thank you to our dedicated volunteers for generously sharing your time, knowledge and enthusiasm. Your contributions help build awareness of the veterinary profession and inspire future generations!
