Beausejour Animal Hospital looking for an Experienced Companion Animal Practitioner

Are you ready for a change from the mundane? Looking for a team where you can belong?  The Beausejour Animal Hospital is looking for an experienced companion animal practitioner who is craving more than just wellness appointments.  Our medicine and surgery case load is extremely diverse.  Due to our geographic area we regularly see the diseases other practices talk about.  We believe that practicing veterinary medicine can be fun and exciting, we have created a positive and vibrant team to make it happen.

We provide service to our clients from 8am to 8pm seven days a week.  With these hours we are extremely flexible in scheduling work life balance for our team of 12 veterinarians.  The range in hours of our vet team varies from 10-50 hours a week, and can accommodate anything in between.

We have been family owned and operated practice since 2001 and have recently expanded and renovated our facility in 2019.  We have a modern business and management structure to facilitate excellent client and staff care.  We are fully equipped with in house-lab, digital radiology, digital dental radiology, dentistry equipment, tonovet, ultrasounds, and all other necessary equipment.  The position offers membership dues, health benefits, large CE allowance and pension plan. We provide an extremely competitive salary and if there is more you require, we are open to discussion on your needs.

We are located half way between Winnipeg and the Whiteshell Provincial Park, which means you get to the cabin very quickly afterwork, or drive in from the cabin if you want an extra night.  Our area is ideal for anyone who enjoys outdoor living, cottage life, and fishing while still having the city close by.  Cost of living in the area is very low, so your salary goes a lot farther than most places.  Our town has an extremely active atmosphere with all types of recreational sports leagues.
