We are seeking a small animal veterinarian to join our mixed, rural practice only 20 minutes north of Winnipeg. Equi-Tech Veterinary is a family owned and operated practice servicing the beautiful South Interlake since 1985.  We consist of a team of 2 dedicated small animal veterinarians, 1 small animal veterinarian providing large animal support and 1 mixed animal veterinarian providing small animal support. Our business has experienced tremendous growth over the past decade and as a result we have seen many changes, including a change in location with a brand-new 4,000 square foot building in 2018, hiring of additional support staff to meet our needs, and the acquisition of up-to-date diagnostic, surgical, dental, anesthetic, medical, and IT equipment.

Our clinic sees a healthy load of general surgical and small animal dentistry cases and as such an applicant with a strong skill set in these areas would be an asset.  An interest in basic orthopedics would also be of value.  Applicants would also ideally have experience managing a wide range of medical cases, but would also have access to a team of seasoned veterinarians for support.  Candidates should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.  Applicants should be positive, energetic, share our team’s values of providing quality and compassionate care for our patients, and be confident in themselves as a veterinarian. Of interest is a veterinarian intent on continued career growth.
