Radiation Safety in Veterinary Medicine

Join Western College of Veterinary Medicine online or in person on Saturday morning, April 22, 2023, for this special continuing education (CE) event at the Western College of Veterinary Medicine (WCVM).

The half-day event will provide veterinarians and registered veterinary technologists (RVTs) with critical information about radiation safety in veterinary medicine. 

The morning will kick off with a presentation on occupational exposures in veterinary medicine with Drs. Niels Koehncke and Monique Mayer of the University of Saskatchewan (USask). The event’s final two hours will focus on a training session in hands-free radiology.
