Animal Hospital of Manitoba (995 Main Street, Winnipeg, MB R2W 3P8 Tel: 204-586-3334, Fax: 204-586-6814) is growing from a single veterinarian practice with a volume equivalent to: two and half doctors. We are seeking a second full time and part time veterinarian to join our energetic team to provide care to our clients and patients. The applicant must have interest in buying as owner in the future.

We are centrally located with plenty of parking, good visibility (with 16 in and out surveillance cameras). We offer wellness exams, medical, surgical (soft tissue and orthopedic) services and dental services to pet animals in north Winnipeg area.

The hospital is equipped with a lot of toys: DR X-Ray, DR dental X-ray, logiq e ultrasound, Luxar Care 20W CO2 Laser (for laser surgery), K-Laser (infrared laser therapy), complete IDEXX in-house lab, video-microscopy, video-otoscopy, video-endoscopy, digital thermal imaging (infrared camera), hotdog heating blanket, Surgivet monitors (with CO2), etc. We perform a variety of orthopedic and soft tissue surgeries.

Our team staff are very energetic, positive, supportive and with excellent PR skills. Patients are admitted, history taken, TPR performed, X-Rays and other tests (blood, fecal or urine) are performed by them. Most education, instruction and discharge are done by them.

Our benefit package includes continuing education, health and wellness. Salary is negotiable (base salary, incremental raise, performance pay and bonuses). Graduates from overseas (with qualification to practice in Manitoba, Canada) are welcome.
