Renewal of 2023 Veterinarian Registration

Renewal reminders have been sent out to members on how to renew their licence and/or registration for the 2023 practice year.

  • The renewal deadline date was November 30, 2022
  • Late fees will apply to a veterinarian’s renewal fee
  • All MVMA veterinarian registrations will expire on December 31, 2022
  • Any veterinarians who have not renewed their registration by December 31, 2022, are no longer eligible to practice veterinary medicine as a veterinarian in Manitoba.
  • Any veterinarians who are planning NOT to renew their MVMA registration and/or licensure, complete this form.

Please note that fees will be collected for January 1, 2023 to June 30, 2023 as the MVMA is moving to a July 1-June 30 practice year.

This change has been made to:

·         Reduce staffing costs for annual renewals

·         Reduce technology fees

·         Simplify the process for members that renew veterinary corporation permits
