New Business Put Forward By a Member

A member who wishes to introduce new business at the MVMA Annual General Meeting (AGM), including amendments to MVMA by-laws, must advise the MVMA Executive Director of this intention. This written submission must include a description of the nature of the new business to be introduced and the motion regarding the new business. All motions must be signed by the submitting member and seconded by another member. If the new business is a proposed amendment to an MVMA by-law, the submission must include the proposed amendment to the existing by-law and rationale for the change.

*Members must connect to the AGM via an internet connection. There will be no call-in option. AGM registration information to follow.

All submissions must have been received, in writing (via email, fax or Canada Post), no later than December 22, 2023 at 4 pm CST.
