NextGen Vets: Summer Student Days 2026 Cancelled

After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s event. While we were looking forward to bringing together veterinary students and Manitoba’s veterinary community, we were unable to secure sufficient veterinary professional participation to deliver the meaningful networking and mentorship experience we had planned.

We appreciate the enthusiasm and support from everyone who expressed interest, registered, and helped make this event possible. We are grateful to our hosts, volunteers, and members of the veterinary community who were willing to share their time and expertise with students.

We remain committed to creating opportunities that support veterinary students and strengthen connections within Manitoba’s veterinary community. We hope to offer similar opportunities in the future.

Thank you for your understanding.
